DISHCRAWL MAKES ITS ARLINGTON DEBUT
National start-up guides Arlington food lovers through four restaurants in one night
ARLINGTON, VA – FEBRUARY 12, 2013 – Dishcrawl, a national start-up founded on the premise that communities can be brought together through good food and good company, is expanding to Arlington in March. Dishcrawl takes food lovers on a gourmet Dishcrawl to four distinctive restaurants in one night. It’s like a pub-crawl— for the gastronome.
Dishcrawl expands into Arlington with an inaugural event in Shirlington Village on March 12, 2013. The event, “Slainte in Shirlington” is designed to give food lovers a reason to get out of the house and engage with each other while helping local restaurants gain exposure. Reservations are $45 per person and can be purchased at www.dishcrawl.com/
“Dishcrawl provides a unique opportunity to try signature dishes and to meet chefs and owners of local restaurants,” says Arlington Dishcrawl Coordinator Tieast Leverett. “Although we are located right next to the Washington DC culinary scene, Arlington has its own great variety of restaurants. Dishcrawl is the way to bring people together to experience what we have to offer.”
To add to the excitement, participating restaurants are kept secret until two days before the event, at which time the first location is revealed to ticket holders.
